So you want to start your adventure in Switzerland? So far, I only discover the area of Interlaken, Lake Thun and Lake Brienz. Hopefully, there are many more areas to come!
Good to know, I only write down a restaurant or café if I really think it is worth your time and money. The disadvantage of living in a very touristic space is that there is a lot of crap available (excuse my language). I am a coffee snob and like good food, so if it is not up my standard (or I bring my own lunch to my hike or exploration) you won’t see it back on the 12 hrs discovery blogs. This doesn’t mean there isn’t anything to eat. Most places offer plenty of food, just… not good food.
